Personal Claim:
To better assist you, the following carriers have 24 hour direct claim reporting services available. Prior to calling, please have your policy number and claim details available for the claims adjuster. The insurance carrier will forward a copy of your claim report to our office. Also, if we can assist you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us at (800)383-5224.
Commericial Claim:
Please complete the report to the best of your ability. While not all areas need to be completed, the more information you can provide, the faster your claim can be handled. Once completed, click on the send button and the form will be emailed to King Insurance.
We also encourage you to call us to discuss your claim (800)383-5224 during regular office hours. If you can't reach someone immediately, leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as possible.
